Zopa delights with its simplicity and ease

I've been pleased to use Zopa twice for taking out a loan for the best of reasons and the simplicity of the experience sets the bar extremely high not just for loan providers but for online services everywhere. It's the ease of application - including the lack of adverse credit history footprint just for exploring - that is the real wow, but the ease of early repayments and other online services are also great. In addition to the great online services, when I did need to phone (I made a mistake on the second application that the online service picked up on) I got through instantly: no queue, no 'press 2 if your name is Bob'. Very impressive. I'm a CIO and they've inspired me to consider how to better my own services. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
