Great customer support and best rates

Signed up for savings based on Martin Lewis top tips - and honestly one of the greatest experiences recently. No question was too small and they answer the phone practically immediately and give honest and patient help. I'm not normally experienced in dealing with high banking stuff but due to a sudden change in finances I was a little stressed but customer support was so reassuring and helpful. Great communications and. So easy to apply and activate

Really really easy to apply and set up - easy to access communication with a real person with questions about a tricky financial situation and even answered simple questions with clarity and grace. As an Autistic trying ro clarify things this was invaluable. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
