I inherited a little chunk of change (Lucky aren't I, but I would rather have my folks back, but The World keeps turning: on we go) Not knowing what to do, a preferential fixed rate turned up from Atom. Easy to shift the cash into the account, just an app and clicks. Even better, I forgot about it until they reminded me. The interest pays for new windows or glides into an ISA.
