I have been using PayPal for many years now and have used it for business and personal. I have only used customer service a couple of times though but always found them very helpful. I find the PayPal app easy to use and clear to see the amounts I have in accounts. My only criticism would be that it feels very difficult to see when money went on and out as often I have to search in-depth to find something. I like that I can now use Apple Pay to use PayPal now too. Very helpful. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Easy to use but fees too high

Never had to use customer service so cannot comment on that. I love the ease of the app and the tasks and seeing what your child has bought. I think the fees to add money to the account is too high and is making me look elsewhere where that money could be put in to my child’s account instead. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
