App hasn't worked in ages

I do most of my banking via app and online. The fact that the Co-op hasn't had a working app for months and months is really not acceptable. The customer service hasn't been good either with regards to this. I wouldn't recommend the bank to anyone who prefers to bank online. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Simple but genius options!

I love all the options available in my Starling account. I particularly love Spaces. The ability to cordon off money for different reason/projects/savings without having to have separate accounts is brilliant. So useful. A pleasure to use

So easy to log in, navigate and use the app. Swift resetting of login, if required and the Spaces are ingenious. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
