I’ve been customer for over 10 years and never had issues whenever i ring up for anything customer service have been very helpful. They way I’ve managed my credit card with vanquis started with 150 pound limit now mine is at 5k with and option for 8k if i want it they’ve been great for me.. build my score from -80 to 950 all credit to vanqius for trusting me and taking me on when no one wouldn’t even look at me just. All because business wen bust couldn’t be helped at the time ruined me financially mentally as years went by I’ve made very good recovery all credit card companies queuing up want it me to take card from them even my bank keeps offering me i wouldn’t even look at them when i needed help they didn’t want to know now I’m in good shape financially all want to lend me credit. Well I’m sticking with vanquis best for me. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
