Easy to change account type

Always received a good service from Nationwide. When the account we held was no longer appropriate for us, staff informed us how to change the account type easily & simply online. This process was then incredibly quick to implement. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Website is clear & easy to navigate. Communication via email is also very good as it keeps me informed but I do not feel inundated with information. The types of product available are very clear & therefore it is easy to pick which are most suitable for your personal circumstances. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
