So much more open than traditional High Street banks

Having used quite a number of the big named High Street banks over the last 40+ years, this is the first bank where I feel they're not just in it for them. The customer counts. Easy of use, and of course open 24 /7 with a handy app, I had no hesitation in recommending them to 2 of my older grand children.
