Unclear marketing campaign for existing customers, promoting 125.00 loyalty bonus if you opened a new fixed account by a set date. The rules said it had to be new money. Hence it turned out, money from my expired fixed account (which I could have placed with another bank) didn't count. I would not have chosen one of their Fixed accounts had I realised. Ironically if i had transferred the money away from Raisin initially, and then opened the new account it would have counted. I have found customer service poor too, in that now you seem to get a standardised chat box type reply initially. I would not recommend and will be moving away from Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

There would have been 5 starts for everything, but the Breakdown assistance let things down. Had an unfortunate incident where when staying away in the motorhome I lost my keys whilst out walking, not returning and discovering until 1930. For the whole retrace of my steps taking over an hour, I was on hold " our call rates are extremely high". Thankfully the site had cottages and the owner kindly let me have a bed! And fortunately on doing a 2nd retrace found my keys as not a regular walk route for others. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
