Clear and simple

Zopa’s application process is very easy. All the options are explained in easy to understand terms. Their app makes repaying your loan a breeze. It’s easy to understand how long it’s going to take you to repay, and the ability to overpay is fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Best bank going

Starling bank do banking incredibly well. They are by far the best bank I have ever been with. Their customer service is easy to access, and the way you can analyse your spending is fantastic. I like the “spaces” feature where you can allocate money for various different things, and not have to worry about spending it. But by far the best thing is the way in which transactions are processed straight away. I don’t need to remember that I spent £30 three days ago, and therefore can’t afford the takeaway I want tonight. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

Just brilliant

The flexibility of the overdraft facility, and without any flat charges has made a big difference to me. The overdraft fees with my previous bank were prohibitive. I also love the fact that your balance is calculated in real time, so there’s no having to remember what you spent a few days ago to figure out how much money you actually have. No Hassle

Their technology is reliable, and their customer service excellent. I love the fact that transactions happen in real-time, meaning I can better manage my money. Being able to lock my card, isolate cash, and round up transactions and save the difference are excellent features. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
