Solid interest rates and app

Excellent interest rate for connected savings on top of solid direct debit cashback and in-credit current account interest. App is mostly well organised and responsive as well as visually appealing. Some teething issues with inter-bank familiarity of the new brand when account first opened, but this appears to have settled now. Would be nice to see feature improvements like the ability to set up standing orders between savings and current account. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Slow transfers will leave you out of pocket

Very slow to complete transfers. Doesn’t give interest for the multiple days where you money is in limbo. So the effective rate is actually lower than advertised. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
