When I fell victim to a scam they were brilliant. Their customer care was really sensitive at a time when I was feeling vulnerable. Also, I really value knowing that the money in my account is not being lent out to unethical businesses. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

They were great when I fell for a scam last year.

They were great when I fell for a scam last year. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and not at all patronising or judgemental. Also, they reimbursed me even though they didn't have to. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
