Revolut is the solution to conventional banking. The app is honest and secure it also allows one to invest and prosper. If I was a CEO of high street UK bank I would be very concerned that there is an online bank that is doing banking without the need for complaints departments. If you are unsatisfied with your current bankers make a DSAR request of them and demand a final response letter for the Financial Ombudsman Services of the ICO. Vanquis have had to remove fees charges and have not fixed the credit rating. When they knew that Santander UK plc had acted maliciously breaching the consumer Act 1974 is a crime as is breaching the Data Protection Act 2018 repeatedly, I own over £409,000 of clear equity and cannot sell anything thanks to bankers gross lies. The Bank of Scotland have an invalid charge on my property and Santander UK Plc have set a Scottish Court up for perjury charges. The Scottish Legal Complaints Commissioner the ICO and the Financial Ombudsman are all investigating and Vanquis do nothing to resolve the situation and have also been putting in false information to the credit reference agency. If you want your life ruined use Vanquis Bank they also have terrible customer services and will like Santander UK delay SARS requests. I am being forced to eat from a foodbank and they refuse to repair my once 710/710 credit score. The FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) need to make a new set of rulings against fraudulently operating banks as theft is a serious crime as is tampering with evidence for courts.
