RAC con with £25 admin fees!

RAC con with £25 admin fees! I called 3 weeks ago to say i had sold my car and to ensure the policy would not auto renew. I also checked the day before expiry and it was set to renew (call handler obviously didnt change anything). So i made sure it was set to not auto renew the day before expiry. Today however, it has auto renewed and i have been requested to pay £25.00 admin fee to cancel the policy. I will not be paying this. RAC should be better than this! Be warned, ensure your auto renews are off!! Reviewed on: 21st April 2025
