Their customer service to be super detail orientated!

I've always found the customer service to be super helpful. Not only do you have a real life person to speak to with any enquiries, but also the additional information via blog/websites on key topics around money saving, mortgages, ISAs etc. It feels like they genuinely want to offer detailed advice.
