No "Greenwashing" Here after Thirty Years

I have been a long standing member of Triodos Bank since the late 1990's . I appreciate the fact that they are transparent, are committed to their ethics and keep members regularly informed of their latest projects and concerns in addition to more functional matters regarding any changes that would affect member's accounts. Internet banking is overall easy and accessible, especially for those on the move with a smartphone. Those who have older operating systems might find Internet banking access challenging. Triodos Bank have recently undergone re-branding, yet their policies remain the same - there's no "greenwashing" here. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

The Listening (and Ethical) Bank 2.0

Unfortunate circumstances forced myself to close one of my Online Saver accounts however the customer service team were most helpful and efficient in dealing with my request and subsequent transfer of funds. That said, I remain a customer at Triodos as one of the few truly ethical banks in the UK. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
