Simple and Efficient

Starling bank is an app-only virtual bank that offers a current account and deposit accounts (offered by third parties). The app is very easy to navigate, clean and efficient. The customer service is excellent - queries are usually replied very quickly. The ability to change one's overdraft into a fixed-term loan is definitely a plus for people who need to use the overdraft over a period of time. Overall this is one of the best banking experirnce I have ever had. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
