Great cover and great value

Easy to sign up for great cover at a decent price. It includes cycle breakdown cover which gives me peace of mind on longer solo rides knowing I won’t get stuck somewhere. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

I love real time notifications in the app as soon as a contactless payment has been approved. Easy to find payments in and out of account in the app. I feel I have much more control of my money in my Starling account than my other account with a “traditional” bank’s online system. I opened a smile account a long time ago when it was one of two internet only banks. Shane it didn't change for years and then when it did try to improve its app it made a mess of it. I looked around and found a new bank that made banking really easy so I closed my smile account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

It so easy and everything is in real time

Opening my account and using it was so easy to do. I love how quickly I can see transactions and the notifications when payments have been made. I was so impressed that I closed my old account using the starling transfer less than a week after opening an account to to try it out. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
