Best bank ever!

Having decided to switch from TSB, the process was very easy and quick. The customer service was fantastic. The mobile app is amazing, by far the best I’ve ever used. The features are many and all work well. Went to the USA over Christmas and the new year, ever time I used my card I got an instant message telling me how much was spent, where it was spent and what the amount was in both dollars and pounds. The exchange rate was better than any I could get on the high street or internet! No fees, and free cash withdrawals in the UK and abroad. The ‘spaces feature ‘ is a revaluation to me. First time I have been able to effectively save money with our Amy hassle or hardships. All in all, best bank I’ve ever been with. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
