The best bank account ever

I opened my account with Starling to use on holiday abroad. Having been stung over the years by the traditional high street banks, the exchange rates were about the best I could get, anywhere. Also, the speed at which transactions show up on my account is instantaneous. Why can't my other bank account do that? Starling is quite simply the best bank account I've ever experienced.
