Starling makes personal (including joint accounts) banking as it should be. Easy and secure access to your account; immediate tracking of spending and income; excellent customer service available 24/7; easy to use and effective tools for managing savings, budgetting, transferring funds; a brilliant app. Starling has transformed how I manage my money. The bank of tomorrow - today

Starling delivers banking to fit the needs and demands of the way we need to manage personal money today, but is constantly evolving and changing to provide its customers with the facilities and services they'll look to have tomorrow, whilst providing the facility of 'talking' with a real person at ANY time of day or night, all year; to deal with any queries promptly - and 99% of the time, effectively. That's a saitisfaction rating that any company would strive to achieve. Starling has, and keeps it up. After banking with traditional 'High St' banks for 40 years, Starling has transformed how I manage my finances and I can't praise it enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
