A 5* banking experience

Since switching to Starling in 2018 I’ve had a phenomenal experience. Their customer service is fast and responsive, I’m always given heads up if there are any issues on their end, new features and products are rolled out rapidly. After being a Halifax customer for 20 years and barely seeing any improvements in my banking experience, Starling has been a breath of fresh air.
