Nexgen, customer oriented, how to bank bank!

From moving to the current account, to creating joint account, managing money etc are all geared towards how I work & play. Customer support either does things that mean I can query and know that I will either be doing it myself or get a reply within a good time. All the features seem to be geared towards the customer.
