Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

The most streamlined service I have encountered.

Starling Bank make almost any action quick and easy without sacrificing security. I remember the pain of trying to navigate online banking with NatWest and HSBC. I am a forgetful person, so I lose my passwords on an embarrassing regular basis; Starling allowed me to resolve this issue without a trip to the local branch, and it took under a minute of my time. I can’t help but compare this to a similar situation with HSBC where it took a good while on the phone to even work out which piece of information I had misremember, due to a confusing error message. I am also impressed by the number of payment systems that they support; in fact, originally came to use Starling because they were the most well known UK bank to support FitBit Pay, which almost no UK banks support and has made small transactions a breeze for me. I really have no major complaints about Starling, which is far more than I can say about any other bank I have worked with. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
