A bank for the future

I was switched over from Lloyds to Starling after banking with Lloyds for over 20yrs and have had many chances to switch but never got round to it. It was done for me automatically no problems. I was reluctant to switch but I must say the service has surpassed my expectations. It’s all in one app. You can deposit at any post office which is so handy and closer than going to the branch itself and cheque deposits are free to send in. I have used a few banks prev in my lifetime which were no were near as good as this as this one. They also send alerts for debits going out and credits coming in prior giving you time to think esp if something is coming out and you don’t have enough money in your ac which is ab life saving. It’s all done for you and then you can make the alternative arrangements, esp this day and age where you have little time this is an ab essential. Starling is def a bank of the future and an intelligent one. Keep up the good work. Whoever came up with this idea deserves an Oscar. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
