Great company and a pleasure to deal with

I made a claim 4 years ago with this company and they dealt with everything amazingly, a driver drove into my parked car while I was pregnant with my daughter and caused me not only my car being written off, but at a time that should have been happy, I was stressed and the financial strain and worry really played on my mind. Not only did this amazing company deal with the claim, they also answered all my questions and concerns. Obviously with my hormones all over the place and the stress of everything, it affected my mental health too, which all employees at one call took into account, also seeking compensation for the state it left me in emotionally. I have been with one call for so many years now, not only is renewing quick and easy. It is also amazing value for money, and all the benefits I get with being a platinum member is amazing, it’s such a weight off my mind, plus I know how efficient and brilliant they are when dealing with claims!
