Excellent banking experience, I've fully switched to Starling

I have had account with 6 High Street banks since I emigrated to the UK almost a decade ago. I've had bad experiences, and okay experiences. I've now fully switched to Starling, my salary is paid in to my account evrry month, and I am having an excellent banking experience. The sign up was very fast and smooth. Support has been nothing short of stellar. I run an IT service desk in a major public institution and I understand how difficult it is to get customer support right. Starling don't just do it properly, I've actually never experienced anything this good before. I have recommended this bank to all my friends, some have joined. Others have joined close competitors. I do have a secondary account with a major competitor app only bank, but Starling will remain my main bank. This is the way banking should be done. Long may it continue!
