I invested over $100k in 2021 with CFX during covid...

I invested over $100k in 2021 with CFX during covid time and saw my investment grow but could never withdraw for over three years and was always told to upgrade my account. Which was 90% of my retirement package. Never honoured any withdrawals and there is no option to contact them.
