Great current account

I’ve now had my Starling current account for a number of years and although I keep an eye out for offers from other banks, I have not yet found a reason to change. Starling represents great value and customer service with a current account that does everything I need it to do. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

No better bank

Having been with Starling since 2017, I can honestly say that I have never had a better banking experience. The App is truly comprehensive and allows me to do everything I need from a bank, however, on the rare occasion I have phoned Starling for clarification about something, I have been dealt with in a friendly yet knowledgable and professional manner. I have tried many banks in my life but none match Starling. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Superb Starling

I was initially dubious of opening a bank account that was only online, with no physical high street presence. Starling has shown me that it is superb at handling my account and all my fears were not valid. The simplicity of the app shows how much thought has gone into the details; the app can do everything that I need. The end result is that I am extremely pleased that I opened my Starling account. Innovation bank

Although the process was very thorough, it was easy to open my account and, once open, I was pleasantly surprised to find I had been allocated an overdraft facility. Everything that Starling Bank does seems to defy the traditional high street bank in an extremely innovative and beneficial way and I cannot envisage, with all the technology Starling has, changing back to a 'High Street' bank ever again.
