I am so grateful that Clockwise was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. I have been able to get back on my feet since leaving my ex husband, as the loans are so affordable especially for a low income single parent, I have been able to spread the cost & maintain more financial stability for my children and I. The loans are fair and the process is very straightforward and efficient. The customer service is also brilliant, and any messages/queries I have sent previously have always been dealt with promptly, so that the process is smooth. I also use the saving’s option as it allows you to save money out of your monthly agreed repayments & you have the chance to be entered into a prize draw as an added bonus. I also think they offer a lot of other beneficial services, promotions and offers available for customers e.g money/financial budgeting/debt advice & they regularly send emails to remind you of upcoming events/relevant information. Clockwise is a fantastic and affordable way for people like me to achieve better financial stability & as a customer it really feels as though Clockwise value their customers and give opportunity for those who might be refused elsewhere or would not be able to afford unfair interest repayments.
