ECU are a vital resource in our City!

ECU are a vital part of our city and whenever I’ve used them they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. Everything is simple, straight forward and effective. They’ll always go above and beyond to help! If a loan request is too high they’ll always offer an alternative whether that be in a new loan amount or general advice. I sing from the roof tops to everyone I meet that they should become a member of ECU. I know that they can be a lifeline to some people and I honestly think that it’s a much safer lending service than using the likes of a loan shark. People are much safer using ECU and I think that’s so important. Whenever I’ve needed a loan it’s always been a straight forward process and the guys at the office are so approachable, down to earth and relatable. ECU should be so proud of themselves. What did I do before Enterprise Credit Union!

Everything has been straight forward from day 1. The level of communication is always spot on and the easy use of the app is 10/10! I’ve recommended to so many of my friends and family and I always show them the app and none of them can believe how much better and easy is it to use in comparison to other credit unions! All of them have signed up to ECU from my recommendation to them. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025
