The people are nice enough. They are utterly stuck inside a "process driven organisation" where the processes are deeply flawed and hurt their customers. No contact methods (that work) are available to help customers with problems. Awful bank Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Savings Bonds - okay rates, ZERO service

Their online bond only gives you access online, no telephone or counter service possible. Go online and it tells you nothing at all about your account except that you have a certain amount of money in there. No service possibilities, no history, no way to contact them no information on interest paid or when, or how. Nothing.
