Just quality customer service

Always (every single time) I’ve contacted them, they’ve dealt with issues swiftly, professionally and followed up to make sure I was content with the resolution. They’ve dealt with scams, transfer of accounts, statement queries with the minimum of fuss, I suspect with no small effort. Just quality customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
