Do not buy the insurance from them, you will flush the money down the toilet. The only thing they are able to do is finding excuses over excuses to deny your claim. Absolutely the worse insurance company I have been with. Cancelled my insurance after 6 months. I have a external wall damaged by the storm in December. First they said it wasn't coved because wear and tear, then because the weather condition, then back to wear and tear excuse, then I wasn't covered because I already claimed for the conservatory (I don't have a conservatory and I just bought the house couple of months before) then I have to proof ownership, not of the house but of the wall. Then denied and closed my complaint without giving a toss, then I gave up regardless the ombudsman service said my claim is based on fact, but the legal procedure will be more expensive than fixing the wall on my own expenses. Save yourself and avoid this company like the plague. Reviewed on: 18th May 2025
