Not Strong Enough All Round

The mobile phone app is very simple to use and slick. But.. I hadn't checked closely enough, I thought it was mobile phone and phone banking. The fact that I can't use it on any other portal feels a bit 'eggs in one basket' - mobile phones are often lost or stolen but there is no other way to access your account in this event. Customer service is a chatbot, which has been quite slow, email responses are even slower. Overall it isn't strong enough for my business needs as I couldn't even get it to integrate with Xero, despite following numerous sets of instructions. Plus, trying to switch away from them is proving to be a nightmare which is odd given how quick they were to get my business. It feels like the emperor's new clothes - some nice touches but there isn't that much substance behind the stuff. If you live and die for your mobile phone, this account will be heaven for you.
