Customer service is shocking, email weeks later forcing you to install an app that is not made clear when you agree to the policy. They declined our no claims proof, sent from previous insurance company with no explanation, took another £260 WITHOUT authorisation out of our account. We insured a vehicle that was new to us but would not accept that we didn't have another insurance policy ongoing with our previous vehicle even with proof of previous policy being lapsed and a clear HPI from the DVLA of both vehicles with dates of ownership change and purchase/sales proof of both vehicles. Call centre completely useless and the pro rata refund abysmal!! Absolute con artists, robbed us blind!!!! Seems all the reviews on here are written by the company Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
