Stressful

Really stressful experience ,one hand does not know what the other is doing ,at 88 years old alone and nearly a lifetime with them I needed help, this morning I was put through to 3 diff phone lines waiting in queue each time (around 2 hours ) feeling absolutely whacked and still with same problem to sort alone myself .
