StepChange helped me when I was at the lowest ebb of...

StepChange helped me when I was at the lowest ebb of my life. The advisor I first spoke with was efficient but kind and delivered some hope that there was a way out of the financial crisis I was in. There is still work for the customer; Stepchange didn’t help when I was dealing with a particularly unhelpful company and I had to deal with all that myself.
