Such a relief

I contacted Stepchange after really struggling with debts due to a relationship breakdown. It was such a relief to speak to someone and admit I was struggling. They were so kind, didn't judge and helped me work out what I could afford to pay each month. I make one payment a month to Stepchange and they split it between my debts. I no longer dread opening my post when it arrives as they contacted the companies and set up the arrangement. Fantastic service. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
