I was worried about speaking to StepChange as I new...

I was worried about speaking to StepChange as I new I had to fill in all my incoming and out goings . I'm not very good at speaking on the phone and thought I would have to go through. everything on the phone, but thankfully I could fill in the form on-line. I was concerned that I would get bullied in to changing thinks so it would free up more money, like get cheaper brands when shopping, walk to work when you can to save petrol, Or find cheaper quotes for Internet etc, I thought everything would be looked at in great detail to see where I can save more money. But it was easier than I thought. they were friendly and understanding .I would recommend to get in touch with StepChange if you have debt issues as they will deal with the companies you owe money to which takes the weight off your shoulders, you are able to stress less knowing it's all in hand.
