During COVID we realised that it was impossible to maintain our debt. We contacted Stepchange and they assessed us before making any decisions. We did have choices too and eventually agreed on a debt management plan. Since taking out the plan, we have increased payments as our circumstances changed. It was a huge relief that all our creditors agreed to the plan and it has completely changed our lives. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
