Don't struggle contact stepchance

Our problem started when interest rates went up. Our monthly money was all going on paying mortgage and bills. We hit rock bottom and thought we was going to have to sell our house or be evicted. Feeling very embarrassed we called step change and spoke to a very nice man who after getting emotional told us they were there to help. The process was easy and after giving them all our monthly outgoings and income , gave us three options to clear our debt. We chose the one most suited to us. Step change contacted all of the necessary people for us and worked out how much we would pay to them. Experience was informative and easy. We are happy with the service and would and have recommended them to others in difficulty. Don't feel embarrassed, contact them. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
