Helped me lift that dreadful weight of debt

I was feeling lost and afraid with no one and nowhere to turn to for help. I was recommended Step change. I nervously made the call to them that has saved my life and helped me to live again.. I have a budget to help clear my debts and have confidence that it's all affordable They took charge of everything and advised me of my options and checked I was completely comfortable with my chosen options and payments. Excellent team of angels

I was in a desperate situation and alone. I made a call and was. Very distressed. The person i spoke to was calm and gentle and treated me with care and compassion. Chatted with me once i was comfortable started to help me see things in perspective. I came off that call feeling hope. They have gone through everything with me.
