Pick up the phone and call stepchange

Was in a bit of a panic until I spoke to a stepchange debt advisor. Got a budget sorted out and got in touch with my creditors..This had immediate effect of my letterbox not being letter bombed anymore.Not sure if creditors realise this but the more letters they send,make countless phone calls to you the less it makes you inclined to get debts sorted out.So a big thank you to all the staff at stepchange. I had a problem with an unknown creditor

I had a problem with an unknown creditor ? The original debt probably statute barred ?Was told that the debt would not be added to my already long list. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
