Overall a great service from Step Change.

I did have a big problem earlier in the process with step change because they initially sent me down the wrong debt management route. This was later corrected by another employee, and this time things went smoothly. Despite this problem, the staff at step change were friendly, understanding and very easy to deal with. It was a great relief to find a solution to my debt problems, and get started to repay them. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
