This organization helped us resolve our financial issues. We didn’t even notice how we ended up surrounded by such a huge amount of debt — it happened so quickly that we couldn’t understand how we got there. When we started looking for a way out of this situation, we contacted several organizations, but we liked StepChange the most. Firstly, because their agreement is clear, transparent, and easy to understand. We could see exactly what documents we were signing and what we were agreeing to — that was the deciding factor in turning to them for help. And the organization didn’t charge any additional fees for their services. I’m truly grateful for the support we’re receiving in dealing with our financial difficulties. We chose a repayment plan that allows us to pay back the full amount of debt, because I believe it’s only fair — if money came into our use, it should be fully returned. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
