I havebeen very ill over thepast 15 or so years and my difficulties did not help much. I was recommended to call StepChange and it turned my anxiety levels to reduce considerably. I am now recovering from my 5th Heart Attack and have had 10 Stents inserted into my heart and I firm;y am of the belief that probably would not have survived these had it not been the advice and assistance I received from StepChange.
