Professional and friendly help when needed most

When unexpected life events meant could no longer afford the debt levels I had, Stepchange were able to provide options, detail the ways forward and work with the creditors to ensure that things were as easy to sort out as they could be. This helped reduce stress and allowed me to concentrate on sorting out the issues that had caused the problem in the first place. Without their help it would have been more complicated dealing with multiple creditors and much more stressful. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025
