I was scared, overwhelmed and had no idea where to turn with the situation I was in. I called and there was no judgment, they were so patient explaining my options and the impact it would have on my credit score etc. I felt listened to and was just so grateful. Every time I call to speak to someone they’re kind, patient and so friendly. I have now finished my DMP and they congratulated me and it was just lovely. The whole experience took so much weight off my shoulders. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025
