They were knowledgeable kind and caring.

They were knowledgeable kind and caring. They made me feel safe and secure. I felt threatened with all the bills that I had to pay and not enough money for essentials. I felt like a failure and incapable of looking after myself. They were very reassuring explaining to me that other people were in a lot worse situation than myself and they proposed a plan that was easy for me to manage, while still paying something towards my debt Reviewed on: 10th May 2026
